Lab Tests: Blood is drawn for a Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney & Liver Functions, and Thyroid panel (free T3, T4 and TSH). Tests include lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, cardiac risk factor), blood sugar levels, protein and calcium levels, kidney and liver functions, white and red blood cells, HA1C (pre-diabetic and diabetic test), Ferritin (iron) and others. Additional tests are offered at GREAT SAVINGS or through insurance.
In-body Body Composition Analysis: Measures your body fat percentage, intracellular water, extracellular water, total body water, dry lean mass, body fat mass, lean body mass, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body mass index (BMI), segmental lean development (right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, and left leg), and basal metabolic rate (BMR). This testing machine will also be used periodically during your program to ensure you are losing unhealthy body fat and NOT MUSCLE.
Baseline body measurements: We measure your waist size, hip size, height, blood pressure and pulse rate. The initial “health” objectives for men is a waist size less than 40 and for women, a waist size less than 34. Individual differences, cosmetic objectives and optimal heath objectives may call for and result in smaller waist sizes.
Consultations: One of our healthcare staff members will conduct a personal interview to review your personal health history, vital statistics, and personal goals. Our medical staff will meet with you to review all information and lab tests, to conduct a medical exam and to determine the appropriateness of your treatment plan. Thereafter, regular meetings with both medical staff and our weight loss consultants will ensure you continue on YOUR path of optimal health.

hCG: Each patient receives a 30 day supply of prescription hCG as authorized by the clinic Physician or Nurse Practitioner. hCG is a prescription hormone and as such, true hCG must be prescribed by a qualified medical person. Not everyone needs hCG for their program and it is not FDA approved for weight loss. However, we have found it to be very beneficial to clients in achieving short term, rapid weight loss when accompanied. .
Supplements: Each of the following will be provided:
- Sugar into Energy 1. This unique product will improve sensitivity of the cells to insulin, helps optimize the metabolic system (sugar into energy), and reduce inflammation. Insulin sensitivity is a key to weight loss and health.
- Magnesium Potassium Aspartate. Patients will be required to take magnesium potassium tablets. The reason for this is because fat is lost through urine and there is a diuretic effect with HCG. The potassium helps to maintain energy, prevents dehydration and any lightheadedness. Patients taking blood pressure medicine may increase the number of capsules per day as needed.
- Professional DualTox or Cleanse Max. These products help the body rid itself of the toxins released when the unhealthy fat is metabolized. They use natural ingredients to promote healthy detoxification.
- Lipo-Plex Plus, B12 Plus, B6, B5, Inositol/Choline Injection. Each client receives a weekly injection of Lipo-Plex to assist with energy and fat loss while they are on the Sugar Into Energy Medical Weight Loss Program. The lipo Thereafter, they may request additional injections at the clinic price or they may request additional injections at any time at the clinic price.
